NautiCAN has delivered a fully integrated propulsion system for Bristol Leader Fisheries. Due to be launched this May, Bristol’s brand new freezer long liner, F/V Bering Leader, is being built by Patti Shipyards Inc. in Florida and is designed by Jensen Maritime Consultant Inc.  

Measuring at 124’ the single screw vessel will be equipped with an integrated propulsion system consisting of an 80” three blade skewed propeller, a high-efficiency nozzle, triple rudders, and stators incorporating a propeller bearing. The integrated design of the NautiCAN system made installation quick and simple, saving on shipyard costs.

When Bering Leader is launched and is use in the Alaska area, NautiCAN’s unique airfoil nozzle sections and triple rudder design will maximize the vessels maneuverability and efficiency, therefore, reducing expenses and maximizing profit for Bristol Leader Fisheries.
